Dusty is a charming little terrier with a big personality and is looking for a kind, patient, and understanding home.

Like many terriers, she enjoys doing things on her own terms.  She needs time to get to know new people, and settle into unfamiliar environments.  Once you’ve earned her trust, you’ll have a loyal and devoted companion.

Dusty communicates clearly when he needs space and will thrive with owners who understand and respect her boundaries, and allow her to build confidence and trust at her own pace.

She generally enjoys meeting other dogs out on walks, although may find living with another dog overwhelming.  We feel Dusty would be happiest as the only dog, in an adult only home and would not be suited to living with cats or young children.  Dusty is looking for experienced owners who appreciate the unique character of terriers and are happy to let her settle in at her own speed.  In return, she’ll make a wonderfully loyal companion with plenty of character and affection for the people he knows and trusts.
